Butt-Boat interface, revisited

Back in the summer I tried placing strategic padding in the stock seat, which helped but still didn’t meet my ideal.  Here’s my next iteration:

Back Joy
Epic seat replacement

This is a “back joy” seat cushion, replacing the stock seat.  I put some foam under and beside it to better fit and shape it for my back end, and attached it to the back slider for the stock seat.  I moved the back track forward to get the position I wanted.  I like it.  I’ve been for some 6-8 mile paddles and found it to be a huge improvement.  My only real concern is how it will hold up to days of use and dampness.  I guess I have six months of use to figure that out.
